Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The Distrikt completed construction in 2025 Q2 and builds off concepts that are popular throughout Europe. The property features eight stand-alone buildings with common area seating. The design creates the feeling of an activated alley where groups of patrons can visit several businesses, each get something different, and sit together in the shared seating area. Music plays throughout the property, with the potential for live performances, while string lights stretch from building to building and abundant landscaping provides a shaded canopy.
