The SpringHill has seen double-digit RevPAR growth in 10 of the last 11 months. This has translated to 29.7% RevPAR growth year-to-date through June and 19.7% RevPAR growth on a T-12 basis. On a T-12 basis through June, the SpringHill has seen its RPI decrease in each of the last two years, going from 132.2% in T-12 June 2016 to 117.6% in T-12 June 2018. This can largely be attributed to the fact that the SpringHill has not seen significant renovation capital since 2012.
