Additional exterior improvements include; repointed brickwork, removal of metal grates and rolling doors. That work should be completed around July 1, 2019. 160-166 Broadway is in a Corridor Commercial District (CCD55) zone which allows a wide variety of uses including small retail (less than 1500 net SF), medium retail (1500 net SF to 10000 net SF), Office/R&D/Institutional Uses, and other uses.
