The Greenworks Building, located at 160 Second Street, Cambridge, was originally constructed in the 1890s. In its current form, the building is approximately 24,950 rentable square feet across three floors. The original brick-and-wood, three-story section faces Second Street and includes a basement. The middle section was built in 1995 and is steel and concrete with an EFIS exterior. The rear portion of the building is concrete block construction with steel roof deck and was built in 1976.
