Good location on developing blocks of Passyunk. South Philadelphia (South Philly as its known locally) is south of South Street extending down to the area around Citizens Bank Park and Lincoln Financial Field. In the 1800s, it housed a huge immigrant population, and to this day the area continues to host people of many different ethnic backgrounds.
