After earning her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California in the spring of 2020, Sydney procured her real estate license and launched in commercial real estate. The fall of 2021 marked the start of her apprenticeship under Scott Romick, a highly respected broker and Managing Director of Lee & Associates – LA North/Ventura, Inc. With his guidance and by working alongside a team of established agents, she accrued a wealth of industry knowledge and experience. Sydney Fraser is currently an associate of Lee & Associates – LA North/Ventura, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and member of the Lee & Associates Group of Companies. Since the start of her career, she has assisted with over 75 transactions across the San Fernando Valley. Her experience as a commercial real estate agent focuses on both tenant and landlord representation for lease and sale transactions.


Throughout her professional years, she has established her reputation as a hardworking and personable individual among superiors, colleagues, clients, and peers. Both her current and former employers would consider her a valuable asset to any organization and attest to her tenacious work ethic, organizational skills, attentive nature, and amiable disposition.
