Darcie Lunsford joins Colliers as a prominent expert focusing on landlord representation of office properties in Palm Beach and Broward County. In the past three years, Darcie and her team have successfully managed over 200 transactions, achieving a combined lease and sale value exceeding $150 million for their clients. Darcie is highly skilled in leasing, repositioning, and rebranding office properties. Notably, she led the extensive renovation, rebranding, and re-tenanting of the largest office tower in northwest Broward, boosting occupancy from 20% to 90% and increasing rents by 45%. She also directed the swift lease-up of the iconic Bank of America building in downtown Pompano Beach, raising occupancy from 50% to 92% and selling it at a record capitalization rate for that area. Additionally, she orchestrated the largest lease transaction in the Pompano CBD submarket in 2023, involving a significant mixed-use redevelopment at a record rent. Darcie’s strong media connections and extensive network of South Florida’s top executives contribute to her respected position and leadership in the region’s commercial real estate and brokerage community.

Before joining Colliers, Darcie served as Executive Vice President of Landlord Services at Butters Realty & Management, where she oversaw the leasing and repositioning of office assets for Butters and other third-party landlords. Prior to Butters, Darcie spent 22 years as a newspaper and television reporter, covering the commercial real estate industry for over a decade at the South Florida Business Journal. Caroline Fleischer joins Colliers with over 30 years of distinguished experience in commercial real estate brokerage. Renowned as one of South Florida’s top producers, Ms. Fleischer excels in tenant representation across the tri-county region, playing a pivotal role in the leasing success of her team’s office properties.
