A +/-30,000 sq. ft. industrial building is under construction on speculation starting Summer 2021. The building is expandable to up to 45,000 sq. ft.
The Port Authority specializes in smaller, stand-alone industrial buildings built on speculation.
The shell building will be available with 1,000 sq. ft. finished office space, a drive-in door, two loading docks and a 22-space parking lot. It is fully-served with redundant utilities.
The building is in the midst of the largest manufacturing corridor in Central Ohio with a long-standing manufacturing legacy. The building is on a campus which has attracted a diversity of critical manufacturing industries, including an emerging cluster of plant-based food producers.
Workforce is a strength. A recent workforce resources analysis of the campus and corridor concluded, "Overall, the outlook towards attraction of employees was very positive." A recent wage and benefit survey for Licking County is available.
