He handled tenant representation assignments for both industrial and office transactions, and managed industrial and flex facilities.
Scott also brings valuable experience as a Commercial Escrow Officer at Alamo Title Insurance, closing a range of complex commercial real estate transactions.

A graduate of Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI, Kyle has been recognized for his outstanding achievements in the field. In 2022, he received the CoStar Lease of the Year for Austin, Texas, showcasing his commitment to excellence. Additionally, he has been honored as a CoStar Power Broker in both Q4 2022 and Q3 2023.
