The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. Doug Williams
Doug Williams is an Analyst at The Retail Connection’s Dallas office, where he applies his strong analytical skills and passion for commercial real estate to support the brokerage team on a wide range of projects.

Prior to joining TRC, Doug gained experience on the sales team at All Roads Travel, interned at Northwestern Mutual during the summer of 2023, and worked remotely for Barger and Associates while completing his final years of college.

Doug, a Texas native, graduated from Keller High School, where he was actively involved in football, baseball, and track. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics with a focus on Real Estate Finance and Wealth Management from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business. During his time at OU, Doug was a member of the OU Capital Group Fellows, the OU Real Estate Club, the Economics Club, and the Wealth Management Club.

Outside of the office, he’s an avid Dallas sports fan who enjoys watching games with friends and training in Muay Thai and kickboxing for fun.

Oliver graduated Cum Laude from the College of Charleston, earning his Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance and Commercial Real Estate Finance with a Minor in Jewish Studies. Additionally, he received membership to the Alpha Sigma Gamma International Real Estate Society.

Oliver was a member of the Beatty School of Business non-endowed Investment Program Society, where he served as the cohort’s economist, participating in public and private investment activities. He also served his college campus as the Interfraternity Council President. While living in Charleston, Oliver also taught the 5th grade class at KKBE religious school. Oliver is a native of Dallas and is happy to be back; he graduated from Greenhill School.

Outside the office, you can catch Oliver on the golf course or playing pickleball. He is also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and a foodie and maintains a food blog of his favorite eats wherever he goes.
