The multi-client facility located at 17550 Allen Road, Brownstown, Mich., is well-positioned to provide logistics support in Southeast Michigan, Northwest Ohio, and Southern Ontario. The facility serves a variety of industries including automotive, consumer goods, food and beverage, paper, ecommerce, and more. The facility off of I-75 has 29 dock doors, grade level access, 32’ clear ceiling height, security, and is equipped with an ESFR fire suppression system.
