A leading broker with CB Richard Ellis and its predecessor companies before joining Treeline, Mr. Silver has successfully brokered leases with such major companies and institutions as Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, MCI, Reliance Federal Savings Bank, The United States Postal Service, TNT Skypak, Inc., and M&T Bank. He has also distinguished himself as an exclusive landlord agent, working with firms like Strategic Realty Advisors, Crown Properties, and The New England Insurance Company, and has been involved in the purchase and disposition of a wide range of commercial real estate properties.  During his tenure at Treeline, he has been responsible for the successful leasing programs that have kept occupancy levels at all Treeline properties at record peaks.
