We have clean, large, spacious commercial kitchens and scalable food manufacturing space in a 30,000 sq. ft. food production facility. We have state-of-the-art commercial/restaurant kitchens for rent with commercial kitchen equipment. Each kitchen (600 sq. ft.) is fully equipped: - double stack convection oven - 6 burner range - griddle - charbroiler - chef base - fryer Each kitchen also has their own dedicated prep station right next to it, making it incredibly easy to prep, cook, and package. Each kitchen is separated from the other kitchens, so you won't be bumping into other people while using the kitchen. In addition, we have individual prep area pods that can be rented hourly or exclusive leased. You can add or remove space on demand. Our 30,000 sq ft facility also has two 900 lb ice makers, two large freezer and cooler combo units, large dry storage area, and warehouse space ($2.00 per sq ft per month for extra storage space, up to 30,000 sq ft.). This is in addition to shared equipment like sheeters, proofers, mixers, and we're adding more equipment regularly. We also have CDFA certification to make ice cream, popsicles, frozen yogurt, vegan ice cream, etc. And we’re looking to add more licenses soon!
