Property taxes were $35,425.52 for 2019. The brewing equipment has been removed but all the infrastructure remains in place for a new brewery. Could easily be a restaurant, tavern or other retail. Near Metro and City Hall. In the past this space had been subdivided with two tenants. Zoned B-1 CBD. On January 12, 2015 the Homewood Village Board approved an ordinance creating a new Special Use zoning category named Craft Brewery, allowing small-scale beer production and a tasting room for beer produced on site.
