Property has a high volume 6 bay Self Serve car wash along FM 359, with 6 vacuum bays - built in 1999. A 2000 sq ft stone-exterior Express Wash Tunnel and Warehouse building was added in 2009. Additional space on property could also be used for construction of self storage facilities or additional warehouse / office space. Previous plan included layout for 16 12' x 30' boat / RV storage units. Build-able area at back of lot is approximately 11,000 sq ft.
