Description
319.32 gross acres of almonds located in the Wheeler Ridge - Maricopa Water Storage District. The property consists of 50% NP, 25% Monterey, and 25% Wood Colony varieties all planted in February 2014. Wheeler Ridge - Maricopa turnouts are located on the property to receive non-contract water. The primary source of water for the orchard is provided by two deep wells equipped with 300 horsepower and 100 horsepower electric motors.
