Park Overview
The site will be comprised of 6 buildings and some lay down yard. Delivery of the first 3 buildings is scheduled for end of year, and the following 3 buildings will deliver in April of 2024. Full site completion is predicted to be May/ June. The location offers close access from I-5 and Hwy 22. McGilchrist St SE is getting is capital improvement project to widen the road and develop sidewalks from 25th to Pringle. 22nd ST SE is also getting it's realignment project which is in process now. Surrounding uses are all primarily industrial in nature.
