Bob Simpson, Executive Director
Bob Simpson (CalDRE Lic. #01240540) joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly CPS) in 2006, serving as Vice President. Currently, Bob serves as Senior Director focusing on Office and R&D Brokerage, Investment Services and Consulting.  Bob brings his clients more than 20 years of commercial real estate knowledge and experience. Robert Souza, Director
Rob joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013 on a team-based platform with a core focus in multi-tenant office and R&D product types.  He and his team have driven value to their clients through uniquely sourced market data and have consistently demonstrated how that data can be applied to achieve the goals of their clients. Since joining CBRE in 2015, Anthony has completed over 25 tenant representation deals for a total of 180,000 square feet.

Prior to joining CBRE, Anthony provided finance and sales management services for Ford Motor Company. Prior to that role, Anthony served as an Associate at Hudson Jones Commercial Real Estate, working on the planning, development and sales of over 175 condominium units within the Silicon Valley.
