1945 W. Broadway Rd was previously occupied and operated by JV Driver
Fabricators as a state of the art structural steel fabrication facility. The now vacant
facility consists of a 6,000 Sqft administration office, a 14,400 flex building
(approximately 5,600 sqft of additional offices and meeting rooms, and 8,800 Sqft of
storage), and four production/manufacturing bays encompassing 94,250 Sqft with

maneuvering of materials and equipment.
