We are a historic multi floor wedding venue (The WBU) looking for a tenant for the former Spring Hill Brewing location on site. There is a front area that currently has a bar built out with a walk-in cooler and a large back production space and a small storage room. Ideally, our future tenant would be somewhat in the wedding industry with the possibility of collaboration and not an open to the public business (like a brewery or restaurant) that would conflict with weekend weddings. We are open to contributing to a kitchen build out if a caterer is interested as that seems to be a good fit. Otherwise, this area would be a good production space for an already existing business though we are open to ideas.
