James Esquivel, Managing Director
Mr. Esquivel is responsible for office leasing, client account management and new business development within Jones Lang LaSalle's Dallas agency leasing group. James has a 22 year record of office leasing success; he and his teams have completed over 1000 transactions valued at more than $600 million. He has consistently found creative leasing and marketing solutions to challenges faced by office building owners.   Representative clients include Gramercy Property Trust, City Office REIT, Invesco, Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust, Velocis Group, Diversified Capital, Wolverine Interests, Behringer Harvard Funds, Spaulding & Slye Investments, GID Investment Advisers, CDI, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, LaSalle Investment Management and Goldman Sachs.  James was a Top Achiever for Jones Lang LaSalle in 2010, 2011 and 2014, and a Gold Achiever in 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Since joining JLL eight years ago as an Analyst, Ashley has grown her career to a Senior Vice President with completed lease transactions totaling over $400 million in value and approximately 3 million square feet. Ashley joined JLL from Lockheed Martin Aeronautics where she spent five years as a Contract Negotiator. While at Lockheed Martin, her responsibilities included cost analysis and negotiations with foreign and domestic suppliers for the F-35, F-22, F-16, and C-130 platforms.
