The center is buoyed by the significant daytime population generated not only by the aforementioned nearby government buildings, but also by the Property’s anchoring ±80,000 square foot office building, 71% of which is occupied by the global headquarters of Cannon Cochran Management Services, Inc. (CCMSI), the nation’s largest independent third-party insurance administrator with 33 offices nationwide.
