PAU UNIVERSITY NEW OFFICES FOR SALE
"SUNTHESIS" has been designed and will be developed to establish itself as the new benchmark for office spaces in the Pau area. Its location, total area of approximately 6,600m², parking policy, and all the features inherent to this program (associated services, agora, environmental certification, architecture) will allow companies that set up in "SUNTHESIS" to benefit from an innovative workspace dedicated to user performance.
"SUNTHESIS" will be classified as a 4th category Public Access Building (ERP) of type W and R.

- Numerous public street parking spaces with subscription options
In terms of public transportation and eco-friendly mobility, "SUNTHESIS" will be accessible via the many facilities planned by the city and the Agglomeration (bus lines, bike paths, pedestrian walkways).
OFFICE SPACE FEATURES
The building's corridors and all common areas will be delivered finished and furnished, meeting high standards of quality and finish.
Access to the office spaces on the upper floors will be via pedestrian vertical circulation and elevators from the Agora. Horizontal circulation on each level will be through landscaped walkways created for this purpose.
