PROPERTY OVERVIEW
This building contains Two 25 KV Primary feeds are brought from substation via underground concrete encased duct bank to a pad mounted transfer switch, five parallel 1400 KW diesel generators located in the Central Utility Plant. Three automatic transfer switch units that transfer automatically from failed utility to energized generator power in approximately 10 seconds. All life safety, critical mechanical and select laboratory receptacle lads are on generator backup power. A 60 KVA UPS is located on site and a 130 KVA UPS is located in the main electrical room supplying power to receptacle panels on each floor. Fiber is distributed from Building 1 and extend through each floor in Building 2. All switches, racks, LAN cabling, fiber risers are in place and there is underground duct bank connection to the adjacent Node 1. Verizon, TW Telecom provide service to Parmer RTP.
