This property has been family owned and run since 1967 when the buildings were constructed. There are two buildings associated with the property. The main building offers the restaurant/lounge area and 26 guest rooms. The second building located behind the main building offers 12 guest rooms and a large storage room. The guest room portions of the buildings are two-story while the restaurant is single story with a small room on the second floor used for private dining. Construction is cinder block with brick fire type walls between each room. The roof is rubber and was replaced in 1995. Exterior building finishes are a combination of vinyl siding and brick. All heating and cooling is electrically supplied by Amana brand Package Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) units. All units were replaced within the last five years. Ceilings are drop and lighting is fluorescent with other lighting fixtures throughout. The motel offers 34 guest rooms and four efficiency rooms (38 rentable rooms total). Every guest room includes a new mattress and box spring, new flat screen TVs, a full bathroom with ceiling fan, night stands with lighting, dresser, desk, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, and window coverings. Efficiency rooms include all amenities as a regular guest room in addition to a kitchenette with a sink, stove, dishwasher, toaster oven and regular toaster. The motel also offers a number of common area amenities which include the restaurant, a lounge area, new washers and dryers, coin laundry machines for guests, two lottery machines (with the opportunity to have five).
