New building will be ready nov 1st. 1- 4000 sq ft available or 2-2000 sq ft available. 4000 sq ft would include 4x8 pole sign space or 2000 sq ft would include 2x8 pole sign space. This building is being constructed directly across the street from Walmart on the bypass in Winchester. New 26000 sq ft CHI health care is being constructed on one side and new high volume tunnel car wash will be constructed on the other. This building will have a new top notch Domino’s which will bring in around 1000 cars per week. Domino’s have solar on roof and we will also be providing 2 electric car charging stations for customers of the center to use. Contractors are on site and could possibly build out unit for additional savings if lease is signed before building is complete.
