ABOUT 202 PACIFIC AVE , BREMERTON, WA 98337

Originally home to Bremer Trust & Savings this historic building was built in 1916. The Building is a concrete and masonry structure with beautiful terracotta tile upper facade and friezes with historic value. Olympic Savings & Loan renovated the interior and exterior of the building in 1978. Current owners remodeled the interior in 1998 to an office building with the addition of walls and carpeting and upgrades to lighting and plumbing. In 2010, the entire composition roof was replaced with a membrane roofing system; the exterior HVAC units were replaced; an electronic thermostat system installed; and interior painting and trim work was completed. In 2011 the upstairs kitchen was remodeled and upgraded and a downstairs kitchen was added. In 2013, a major overhaul of the elevator hydraulics was completed. ADA access at main entrance, to second floor via elevator, wide doors and halls and restroom stall access. Emergency exits and multiple entrances. The Building retains much of its original appeal in the solid oak window and door trim and transoms above the upstairs office doors; terrazzo floors with inlay; marble main staircase; and several exposed brick and oak encased interior walls. The building also has a working bank vault, four restrooms and two kitchens.
