A visual inspection and examination of the survey features and Google Aerial of the site raises concerns that the property owner behind the site is encroaching into the site with grading work he is doing there. A 1997 sign easement gives the owner of the property behind the auction site easement rights to a sign along S Hairston, which appears to be the Kennedi’s sign.
