Property Overview
The Citylights complex consists of three office towers (City 1, City 2, and City 3) connected by a 5,000 square meter agora. This complex was completely restructured by Dominique Perrault Architecture and inaugurated in March 2016. Originally, the site was home to the Tours du Pont de Sèvres, built in 1975 by architects Badani and Roux-Dorlut. During the restructuring, the towers, each formed of three "petals," were linked by the 5,000 square meter base, which includes five inter-company restaurants, a conference center, a traveler lobby, a concierge service, a fitness center, an inter-company daycare, and parking facilities. City 2 tower was expanded with the addition of a fourth petal (on the Seine side), and a half-hectare garden with a children's play area was created. The building is certified HQE/BBC Exceptional and BREEAM Very Good. The complex is ideally located at the gateway to Paris, at the entrance of the new business district of Boulogne-Billancourt, facing the Seine and at the foot of the metro and the future Grand Paris RER station.
