This 18-suite historic commercial building has been completely remodeled and upgraded. Known as the Alpha Building, it is within the heart of Historic Downtown Grass Valley, (just a few feet from the north end of the Mill Street Mall). Most suites have beautiful rock walls, windows and high ceilings. A conference room (Suite 114) is provided for shared use by the tenants on a sign-up basis -- it has a 12 foot long conference table and chairs. A parking lot is provided behind the building for customers and clients, and there is plenty of nearby public parking, both on street and in a public lot off Richardson Street. Some suites also may be suitable for some types of retail uses. The building has fire sprinklers throughout. Although the building closes to the public in the evening, a tenant can have 24/7 access.
