Long- or short-term options available with negotiable terms based on lessee requirements, and over time up to 15,000 square feet may be an option. Our discreet luxury storage business currently occupies a small portion of the warehouse and we are looking to add additional storage customers or another business operation that will be the right fit to utilize the remainder of the space. The facility is temperature controlled and has state of the art security system with closed circuit television monitoring in place. The property is securely fenced.
Our facility is well suited for various individual and business storage needs including dead storage, warehouse storage, business vehicles, dealership vehicles, luxury vehicles, personal vehicle collections, race car businesses, vintage vehicles, smaller RV's, utility trailers, boats, other watercraft, atv's, snow machines, etc. Please note the facility does not have loading docks, only drive in availability up to 11’ 7”, and is not suitable for situations were daily access is required, ie landscape equipment storage, manufacturing businesses, high volume distribution operations, etc.
We can utilize our own storage contract for smaller space needs, a modified lease contract to accommodate space by the square foot or traditional sublease. Offered rate based on short term situations. Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions.
