Marcus & Millichap, on behalf of ownership as its exclusive advisor, is pleased to bring to market 60 acres of land in Marion, OH, hereinafter referred to as “Marion Land Offering.” The subject property consists of six adjacent parcels of land totaling 60.376 acres per the Marion County Auditor, which is approximately 2,630,000 square feet. At its deepest and widest points, the parcel is approximately 2,600 feet deep (north to south) by 1,100 feet wide (east to west), providing very workable dimensions for future large-scale development if desired.
