The Island Guest House Bed and Breakfast at 207 3rd Street is a lovingly restored, award-winning, turn-of-the-century, ocean-side Inn and located in the historic heart of Beach Haven, NJ on LBI. Our B&B is steps away from the beach and within walking distance of all the area attractions in the premiere resort town of Beach Haven, NJ. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! It is Oceanside on a quiet street with direct access to the beach. It has excellent 5 Star reviews on Google and Tripadvisor. The B&B has 3 floors with 17 bedrooms with 12 bathrooms, and 2 rooms have their own private balcony decks. It can sleep up to 37. The decor is an lovely mix of Victorian, Cottage and European Old World style with a little bit of Island feel. This mix creates a mood of relaxed sophistication and truly classic ambiance. The kitchen is a beautiful European-style cafe with the very best Wolf stove and appliances, safety standards, and quality. We then encased these in a design of beautiful hand-painted Italian tiles and added glass-front cabinets, hardwood floors, and a large central island surrounded with comfortable stools for you or your guests to perch on. The Bed and Breakfast has 3 zones of central air and heat. There are 2 Commercial on demand instant hot water heaters, and a washer and dryer. Audio music is throughout the B&B and outdoors in the courtyard garden. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and most have refrigerators. Off of the kitchen, through the French doors, is the Sea Glass room with a 60" TV. Opening to the Garden, it is the perfect spot for breakfast, as well as a beautiful private room for a small wedding/reception, bridal shower, meeting, retreat room, or private dinner for your group or event. Between the Cafe and the front common area with antique bar, we can accommodate up to 50 people inside the Inn for your gathering. Gather on our front porch full of wicker furniture. The garden courtyard is a perfect venue to hold weddings or family reunions, or to have guests sip champagne with their special someone at one of our 9 umbrella tables with ocean breezes. Complete with TIKI Bar! The cottage at 209 3rd Street, has a gas fireplace, a private screen porch, sits at the back of the courtyard overlooking the courtyard garden. There is a queen bed and 2 twin beds, air conditioning, Flat screen TV, desk and a kitchenette with table and chairs. It can sleep up to 4. The house at 211 3rd Street, has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other bedroom with queen & 2 twins. There are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, 2 storage rooms (one can be used as an office), 3 Flat screen TV's, and a washer and dryer and an entrance area which can hold a desk, entry way bench, or bistro table and chairs. It can sleep up to 9. There is a private paved back area perfect for an umbrella table and barbeque. It is accessible to the main garden courtyard. It can sleep up to 9. We have been owners for the past 25 years with a POSITIVE CASH FLOW.
