It has high visibility and good access to I-94 on exit #41 and draws from the freeway. The hotel was built in 1999 and rooms have been kept fresh and modern. It is a three-story structure with an elevator. Several PIP items have been completed by the current owner and we expect the franchise to require only modest improvements by the buyer. The lobby is spacious and welcoming with plenty of public area space. The elevator, guest vending and guest laundry are all easily accessable close to the lobby. The main entry features a broad porte-cochere to protect guests from the elements. All visits to the property are arranged by appointment only.....no drive-bys or drop-in visits permitted. Menomonie is located in west central Wisconsin. It is situated at the crossroads of Interstate 94 (east to west), Highway 25 (north to south) and Highway 12 (northwest to southeast). The property is located on one (exit #41) of the two exits from I-94 into Menomonie.
