We require a one year minimum lease term, which then automatically converts to month-to-month upon expiration with a 30 day notice to vacate thereon out. Property is currently under construction with an anticipated completion date of April 2024. Pre-lease now to reserve an end unit (with glass and KC Rd visibility for an extra fee) and/or contiguous units with breaks in the partition walls.
