Trey Weghorst, Senior Vice President, Partner
Prior to joining Apex Industrial Real Estate Advisors, Trey served as a Senior Leasing Associate at Bridge Commercial Real Estate and Vice President at Madison Marquette (formerly PMRG). Trey is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Young Council of Realtors.
Trey is a Georgia native who grew up at Lake Oconee before attending the University of Mississippi for college, where he would earn a double major in Managerial Finance and Real Estate. Trey and his wife Lauren currently live Chamblee, Georgia.
Andy Head, Senior Vice President, Partner
Prior to joining Apex Industrial Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Head worked at Foundry Commercial for over 5+ years. During his tenure, he served as Vice President at Foundry Commercial, and was a top producer at the company. While at Foundry, he developed strong business relationships with institutional clients that he still values today. Andy also worked at JLL in Austin, Texas on the largest agency leasing team for over 3 years. He represented clients such as Cousins Properties, Equity Commonwealth, Taurus Investment Holdings, and AFIAA while at JLL. Andy brings a wealth of knowledge regarding leasing, investment sales and market intel to all his clients and relationships.
