Recently, the second through fourth floors of the St. Clair building were converted into nine luxury apartments that were offered for lease for the first time in December of 2017. All of those apartments are currently leased. Four commercial spaces are ready to be built out, two on the first floor and two half grade.
The first floor east side of the St. Clair has a 1,660 square foot space with a bank vault. The vault could be returned to use, or removed to increase available square footage. The west side of the St. Clair has a 1,990 square foot rectangular commercial space. The west side has the possibility of adding a loading dock. The sprinkler system, elevator, and furnaces are newly installed.
