Over the past two years at Lincoln, Colin has added value to over 2.2 Million SF of Industrial Leasing assignments and over 2.5 Million SF of Industrial Development across Georgia. Prior to joining Lincoln, Colin began his real estate career with CBRE, where he worked as an Industrial Research Analyst in Atlanta. Colin attended The University of Georgia, where he studied Real Estate at the Terry College of Business and spent two summers working as a Real Estate Development Intern for Kim King and Associates in Atlanta. During his time at UGA, Colin Co-founded and led a non-profit organization called Jam for Cam, which has raised over $500,000 for multiple charities in remembrance of his late friend Cameron Fearon who passed away in 2018 after a long battle against melanoma.
Colin was born and raised in Alpharetta, GA, where he attended Milton High School.
Professionally, Colin is a licensed salesperson in the State of Georgia and a member of the Atlanta Commercial Boards of Relators (ACBR) and the Young Council of Realtors (YCR).
