The drive-in doors are as follows: four 14' x 16' vertical lift motor operated, four 18' x 14' vertical lift, manually operated, at grade, and two 18' x 16' vertical lift, manually operated at-grade doors. The warehouse has indirect gas-fired unit heaters and ventilation is provided by roof-mounted fans and wall mounted louvers that are controlled by CO2 detectors. The warehouse lighting consists of T-Bay, high-efficiency fluorescent fixtures and fire protection in the warehouse features a Class III Dry Pipe FP System. The building has 800 Amps of power, which can be expanded to 4,000 Amps and also has a 25K Koehler generator.
