This 3,956 square foot Building has office spaces is set up as a Co-Op available for lease to specifically sober minded Tattoo Artists, Cosmetic Tattoo Artists (no Microblading), Body Piercing Artists, and potentially Tattoo Laser Removal (would require Licensed Physician to work under in state of TX). Each Artist is their own business owner with a Suite Number and their own Health Department License. We operate by mostly appointment only, with a Monthly, heavily advertised Consultation Day. The office spaces are very large with plenty of room for 2 Artists. We supply the Tattoo Furniture, desk, shelves, printer/thermofax and items with those. Each room has windows and LED lighting with additional LED fans. Our building has 2 GeoThermal HVAC units. Two ADA bathrooms complete with touchless devices.
