Many hiking trails are located in the Park, and access to Sol Duc Hot Springs is a short distance west of Lake Crescent. During the winter months, we are the only store open for 30 miles to the west and 16 miles to the east of us. During the summer there are two lodges on Lake Crescent and a small store next to a national park campground at the west end of the lake about 13 miles away. We get a lot of business from the people staying at the high-end lodges and other campgrounds in the area. Asking price is $1,200,000 plus inventory.
