Leasing Team
Luke Moore, Market Associate
Prior to joining HLC, Luke was an Investment Intern at HighGround Advisors, where he gained experience across public and private markets. During his time there, he supported portfolio analysis and investment due diligence efforts, contributing to allocation decisions across multiple asset classes. His background in institutional investment management provides him with a disciplined, analytical approach to market evaluation.
Luke received a BBA in Finance from Dallas Baptist University, where he was involved in the Presidential Fellows Program, Student Government Association, Investment Club, and multiple honor societies.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys playing guitar, golf, and spending time outdoors.
Grayson Fleitz, Market Associate
Grayson received a BA in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration from Texas Christian University. While at the University, Grayson sat on the executive board for the TCU Real Estate Club. Before joining HLC, Grayson interned at JLL in Dallas as a brokerage intern and at Vestar in Phoenix as a leasing intern. Grayson is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder.
