The Crossing hotel site offering consists of one ±5.02 acre parcel, that was previously entitled for a four story
hotel consisting of 121 rooms. The project promotes Corona' s General Plan because the proposed hotel is a
use that complements the commercial center and is located within a diverse viable commercial district.

The proposed development site is located directly off the I-15 freeway with visibility to Approx. 160,000 cars per
day. The hotel is planned within The Crossings, a comprehensively planned commercial center located along
the city' s Interstate 15 corridor. Specifically, the property is located on the west side of Tuscany Street, south
of Tom Barnes Street, and generally northwest of Cajalco Road and Temescal Canyon Road with Interstate 15
abutting the westerly boundary of the project site. The project site is accessible via Tuscany Street an interior
roadway within The Crossings Shopping Center.
