This site is well positioned in the path of growth as the Boise core continues to push this direction. To the east of the core, you have the State Capital and all the federal buildings. To the South you have St. Luke’s main hospital campus and corporate center. To the west, you have the Boise River and Boise State University (BSU) on the opposite side of the river.
