The existing City of Kyle Comprehensive Plan was adopted in 2010, updated in 2017, and is the long-range planning document that has helped guide the City of Kyle over the last decade. The property is identified as Industrial by a Future Land Use map in the Comprehensive plan. In the 21st century, Kyle has grown rapidly in both population and land area. Kyle’s population has grown over 800% since the 2000 Census, from 5,000 citizens to just over 50,000 in 2022.
