We were pleasantly surprised when we had our first meeting with Chef Rudy, the current owner of the Woodbound Inn in Rindge NH. The Inn has a storied history and Rudy has brought the Inn to another level in his tenure which began in 2013. He has modernized the Inn, rooms, and restaurants, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, more of the feel that epitomizes a great country Inn. The shores of beautiful Lake Contoocook and 10 +/- acres of rolling fields and woods, as well as views of Mt Monadnock create a backdrop for this beautiful setting. Weddings and special events have returned to the inn as the reputation grows. There has recently been great buyer demand for resort inns and boutique inns and the Woodbound Inn is positioned to further develop as one of the top Inn destinations in New Hampshire. Lakefront Inns with sandy beaches and cozy waterfront cottages seldom become available for sale. The Inn, with its quaint rooms and separate building with quality hotel style rooms bring the total rentable number to forty-one plus a newly renovated owner’s home overlooking the lake.
