The Cargo and Industrial Real Estate Division of the City of Los Angeles Harbor Department is soliciting proposals from qualified entities (Proposer) to enter into a lease to operate and maintain an approximately one-acre Maritime Support Facility (i.e. container storage, dispatching, and chassis depot operations) at the corner of Cannery and Ways St. on Terminal Island. The agreement arising from this solicitation (i.e. Revocable Permit) would be effective upon approval by the Los Angeles Board of Harbor Commissioners and execution by the Executive Director of the Harbor Department (Executive Director) and would thereafter be revocable at any time by the Proposer or by the Executive Director, upon the giving of at least one hundred and eighty (180) days’ written notice to the other party.
