It is a very short walk to the new City Center mixed-use complex where the Marriott, Residence Inn and the Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse are located. As well, a variety of other restaurants, entertainment venues and residential condos are close by. A 570-car parking structure is attached to the building with a state of the art Proof Fitness Center located on the top floor. Other amenities include on-site property management and a Fifth Third Bank. Originally constructed in 1986, the property was renovated in 2007. Lexington Financial Center offers tenants excellent office space in a great location in downtown Lexington.
