There is +/-18,000 sq.ft. of asphalt pavement providing clean ingress and egress, as well as parking for approximately 30 vehicles. The building is in excellent condition and is ideally suited for fabrication, oilfield service, warehousing or as a logistics operation. According to the Natrona County Assessor, the building is 14,150 sq.ft., including a very nice 2-story office with atrium entry. The building is a red-iron steel building with steel skin and metal roof. The building is an example of pride-of-ownership care.
