Landlord typically does 2 years deals if you wish to extend beyond the existing lease period. We are moving our shipping outside of our warehouse location. Open to leasing both spaces but space #114 is primary focus. Must be approved by landlord on a re-let to acquire. Quiet business park, close to Crenshaw, near Torrance Crossroads, Costco, Sams, etc. in the heart of Torrance. We would remain with the space if we weren't outsourcing our day to day.
